Congratulations
A wonderful banquet was held today at the Ottawa Convention Centre to acknowledge outstanding members of the IEEE community in Ottawa. Congratulations to all recipients, including our own vice-chair, Qiubo Ye, who recieved the Oustanding Engineer award. The EMC chapter would like to thank all the organizers of this wonderful evening and we hope to see everyone there again next year.
